Your duties will include: 

• CIS
• Bookkeeping – experience in Xero and QuickBooks
• Payroll – experience with Xero
• Checking accounts
• Cash flow management

As a digital practice owner, the Managing Director is a regular speaker at the Digital Accountancy Show and Accountex. They seek a driven individual who wants to embrace new technology to inspire their clients to exceed their goals.

Your duties will include: 

• CIS
• Bookkeeping – experience in Xero and QuickBooks
• Payroll – experience with Xero
• Checking accounts
• Cash flow management

What you bring to the table

You’re a confident communicator with both clients and colleagues, have a great work ethic and operate with first class time-management skills. Strong client relationships are important to you and you see client management as a partnership. 

• 2+ years of proven experience with bookkeeping, payroll and CIS in a practice environment
• AAT Level 3 (Level 4 would be ideal)
• Confident in Microsoft Office – including, Excel and Word
• Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero and Brightpay
• Great attention to detail
• Reliable and effective workload management
• Confident communicator, with solid interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• A can-do attitude to problem solving
• You are ideally local (within 20-30 miles of Farnborough) 
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
