About the Workplace

Our client owns a group of Practices with exciting growth plans. they are looking for someone to take ownership of the Ivybridge location and help grow and develop the branch, clients and team.

About the Role

• Reviewing statutory accounts for clients ranging from sole traders and SME’s
• Meeting with clients to discuss their business’ needs and how you can support them
• Act as a primary contact for clients
• Assisting clients with tax queries when required
• Add value to basic services (management accounts, taxation, business advice, payroll, bookkeeping, and company formation)

You will be coached, mentored, and supported to run the practice!

What we are looking for

• This role will suit an ACA, ACCA  qualified accountant looking to progress to a Management role.
  
• You have excellent people and project management skills and a passion for helping your clients grow with accurate accounts and helpful business advice. You have experience meeting with clients and ideally have experience of managing a practice in a past role.
  
• You aren’t afraid to get stuck in to solve a problem. You know how to maximise efficiency through technology, and you have a broad range of skills from accounting to taxation.

Is this you?

• Qualified ACA or ACCA qualified
• High people management, organisational and communication skills
• Hands-on problem-solver with a passion to help others
• Sound project management skills with experience in successfully managing a client portfolio
• Experience producing statutory accounts, as well as some tax knowledge

• Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
