Semi Senior Accountant – Reading

Our award-winning accounting client in Reading is seeking an organised and technology-focused Semi Senior Accounts Associate with excellent communication skills to join their energetic practice. In this role, you will be a member of the management accounting team to help provide sensational accountancy services to the firm’s client base. This is an exciting, flexible-working opportunity for an ACCA/ACA trainee looking to elevate their skillset.

The role:

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts with supporting
• schedules and reconciliations.
• Cloud bookkeeping on QuickBooks and Xero
• Preparation and review of VAT returns
• Flexible working
• Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of practice experience
• Either a graduate or someone who is AAT qualified that is actively studying towards ACA or ACCA qualification
• Excellent team player
• Great communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships

Location: Reading. Currently hybrid working. In the future this may revert to being in the office full time.

Position: Full-time, Associate

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE + quarterly and annual bonuses.
